So whats next?

We need to you complete a few things to get your employement started. They are:

  • Sign your contract
  • Complete a New Employee Details Form
  • Complete and Occupational Health Declaration
  • Submit your documents for DBS checks and Right to Work

1 – Sign your Contract

2 – Complete Your Employee Details

We need your personal details to start your employment.

3 – Occupational Health Declaration

Please complete this new starter Occupational Health Declaration.

This will open a new window with a form to complete.

4 – DBS Documents

We require you to submit your ID documents for us to process your DBS application.

You must send us 3 documents, one from each Group listed below.

There is a form under the list you can use to upload all your documents in one go.

(1 of these) Photographic ID

  • Driver license
  • Passport
  • National Identity Card

(And 1 of these) Confirmation Of Name

  • Driver license
  • Passport
  • National Identity Card
  • Birth or adoption certificate
  • Bank/ building statement
  • Financial state

(And 1 of these) Proof of current address 

  • National Identity Card
  • Birth or adoption certificate
  • Bank/ building statement
  • Financial state

(Also, for non-british citizens)
