Why kind of jobs do you hire for?

We specialise in the recruitment of Care Workers and Nurses for health and social care with an emphasis on Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and elderly care.

How long does it take to get an interview?

We interview several times a month, so you won't need to wait long!

If successful, when can I start?

If you are successful, we will run checks such as DBS and then arrange for you to attend our induction programme.

How long does my training take?

Your induction training will take about 6 days, 5 days of face to face sessions, and 1 day to complete the e-learning courses.

We have require you to undertake extra training should our client need you to have specialist skills.

Will I have to pay for my training?

No- as long as you stay with us for at least months, and complete a minimum number of shifts, we will cover the cost of your training.

If you do decide to leave us before the 3 months is up, we will cover part of the costs depending on when you leave.

Do Have to provide my own DBS check?

No, we will cover the cost your DBS check. We want working with us to be as simple for you as possible!
