Aiker Recruitment is the newest development in The Aiker Group Ltd. Established 2020, we are dedicated to the provision of outstanding quality staff to the health and social care sector.

Our company founder and Managing Director spent over a decade working in forensic learning disability and mental health services, gaining indepth knowledge of the problems faced by the sector, especially in the constant and unending battle for staff.

Aiker Recruitment is founded on the principal that temporary agency staff should be a valuable asset, and not simply used as ‘bums on seats’. That’s why we offer one of the most comprehensive training and staff retention packages in recruitment businesses.

Being developed throughout (and partly in response to) the COVID-19 crisis, we have purposely situated our operating procedures to work remotely, allowing us to provide our dedicated service, maintaining lower costs and in turn lower fees; so we can support our clients in, and far beyond the crisis.
